You are not responsible for these raises, nor will your rate ever increase. The first two raises are given after 6 month periods. After that, annual raises are given.
Our current annual raise system is based on the following:
3000RS Below Average
3500RS Satisfactory
4000RS Excellent
With the impending implementation quarterly-based performance evaluations we are moving towards the following:
2500RS Below Average
3500RS Satisfactory
5000RS Excellent
to encourage a strive toward excellent service for all our clients.

If you would like to provide bonuses or other incentives to your employees that can also be arranged.
VIPoint does not take a cut of any bonuses provided to employees. Your bonuses will be converted to RS and given to your employee(s) in its entirety.
