Each employee is given a set amount of vacation days and medical leaves each year.
You will be notified in advance of any such leaves, unless it is an emergency. We will always assign another senior level SysAdmin to fill in for your employee.
Iin addition, we provide monetary compensation for employees who do not use up their vacation time. Most employees do capitalize on this and hence reduces overall leaves throughout the year.
